2020 Outcome Planning Freebie

Happy New Year!  I was watching Bobbie Koppe on YouTube talk about how goal setting doesn't work | do THIS instead... Outcome Planning.  She had a great worksheet to help plan your outcomes for 2020 and I thought I'd take it a step further and make one that would fit in my A5 planner.
Click the image for a direct download.  I printed mine double sided on cardstock and punched for my planner, but you could just print on paper. There is a cutting line for convenience.  These pages include freebies from Simple Stories and Websters Pages.

Now, go watch the video so you know how to fill it in.
Bobbie says to only pick 3 goals but I had a couple very small ones that I want to accomplish in 2020 (having to do with decorating my cubicle at work and cleaning out my scrapbooking closet). My big goals have to do with health and losing weight.

So, here's to a very happy and productive 2020.  I hope you achieve all your outcomes this year.
