My CoVid Album - Volume One

I've been working on this project for awhile... well, since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic in 2020. In this unprecedented time, I wanted to document what was going on in my little corner of the world and in the rest of it.

For the images and news, I searched the Internet, took screenshots of Instagram or took pictures of my television, along with my own photos. I copied some layouts from others until I developed my own style (imitation IS the sincerest form of flattery). Thank you to all those who inspired me. You are the best!

Some kits were free while others I purchased or already had. I used Photoshop CC for the entire project (though I could have done it completely with paper and printed photos).

I want to give credit to Layle Koncar of Layle by Mail who inspired me to start this project and for her free weekly traveler's notebook classes on her YouTube channel. You kept me sane! Many, many thanks! Also, Persnickety Prints for the Free Timelines, Tell Your Covid-19 Stories and for printing my awesome two volumes (180 pages total). You rock!

Here are just some of the designers whos products I used, in no particular order...
*Meagan's Creations - Moment in Time: 1940's
*Digital Scrapbook Ingredients - covid-19 mini kit
*LJS Designs - Healthcare Heroes
*Mommyish - Holed Up
*The Nifty Pixel - Keep it Clean
*Akizo Designs - You + Me = Us Add-On
*Azzari Jarrett - Black Lives Matter Cards

If you see something I used and forgot to mention you, please let me know and I'll add a link here to your site.

Disclaimer... This album is mine and not meant to be political or to insult anyone's opinion that differs from my own. Please keep that in mind and be kind.

So, here is Volume One of my album (80 pages). Volume Two will be on another post. I hope you enjoy it!

Volume Two will be in a separate post. Thanks for viewing.
